Theme for the 2008 AGM is "Texas Dexter Cattle Roundup."

Entry Fees, deadlines, Registration fees, etc., were decided.  Ratio of male to female animals entered is 1:3

Special mailout with all pertinent info will go out to ADCA membership in February.

Youth (18 and under) class prizes will include cash awards and will be at least twice as large as open cash prizes.  Other youth awards will be determined by funds raised.

Cash awards for open classes will depend upon fundraising success.

Sponsorships/advertising in show and public catalogs - fees are being determined.  Sponsorships will include free advertising in both catalogs.

TESTING at A&M is going well - master copies of testing applications were handed out. 

MEMBERSHIP rosters were also handed out.  Legal sized, we are hoping to hand deliver as many as possible.  They are to be carefully checked for correctness.  Any changes should be noted on our master copy.  Will change on future rosters, and post changes here on the website.  You should also contact Chuck Daggett to make sure changes there have been accomplished.  That is the director's source for all membership info.

Bank balance is currently $4241.85.  Some monies will be paid out to hlsr and to AGM activities.

We have been asked to participate in the Texas State Fair.  Details to follow.
