Help is needed.  Join us; you'll have fun getting to know the members!

ADCA Promotional Products Booth

Friday, 6/20 - 8-9

                    11-noon - Rick Seydel

                    (Closed for Dexter Cattle Show)

                    Noon - 2:00 PM - Robert Seddon

                    2-4 PM - Judy Nocks

                    4-6 PM

Saturday - 6/21 - 8:30-10:30 AM

                    (Closed for Dexter Cattle Auction)

                     Noon - 2:00 PM - David Jones

                    5:30 - 6:30 PM

                    9:00 - 10:00 PM

We will also need volunteers for the following categories:

Check in - for people - Thursday starting at 8 AM - and in 2 hour increments

Check in - for animals- Same as above

Assisting people unloading their animals and set-up - as needed on Thursday/Sun.

Hospitality room at the La Quinta - Thursday - 30 minute shifts

Region 7 Booth - 1-2 hr shifts - closed for the show and sale

General info to be handed out to the public - 1 hr shifts - all 3 days - can be roving

Please let us know if you are willing to help with any of these committees.  Anyone can help - not just region 7 members.  It's a great way to get to know each other and new members.
