Wednesday, June 18 - Board members arrive for next morning's meeting.  Cattle check-    in for board members & show host committee only.

Thursday, June 19 - Check-in Day for cattle to be shown or sold at auction

    9:00 A.M. - ADCA Board Meeting

    Registration/check-in available all day until 6:00 P.M.

    Concessions opened limited hours for lunch on your own, and perhaps later in the day  as well.

    LaQuinta Conference Room reserved all day with tables and refreshments

    Vendor set-up may begin

    Dinner on your own, or sign up at Oxbow Steakhouse, 6:30 P.M.

Friday, June 20

    8:00 A.M. - Registration booth open/Region 7 booth open/vendor booths open

    9:00-12:00 - Dexter Cattle Show

    Concessions open for lunch on your own

    12:30-2:00 P.M. -Entertaining events in the ring - Dexter Cattle Fun

        Competitions; Video and Photo Shows

    2:00-5:00 P.M. - Educational Seminars

        Dr. Gus Cothran, Texas A&M, on Genetic Testing

        Showmanship - Team Effort

        Herd Planning

    6:00-6:30 P.M. - Cash Bar open

    6:30 P.M. - Catered Dinner at Expo Center

    White Elephant /Dexter Auction - Buck Buchanon, Auctioneer

Saturday, June 21

    9:00 A.M. - Registration booth open/Region 7 booth open/Vendor booths open

    10:30-12:00 - Dexter Cattle Auction - Buck Buchanon, Auctioneer

    12:00-2:30 P.M. -Open time for your leisure/shopping with our vendors

    Lunch on your own; Concessions will be open

    2:30 P.M. - Annual General Membership Meeting of the ADCA

    5:30-6:30 P.M. - Social Hour - Cash Bar

    6:30-7:30 P.M. - Catered Banquet

    7:30 P.M. - Featured Guest Speaker, Greg Buenger, D.V.M., Author of "Stuff Your Cows won't Tell You..."

    Followed by some musical entertainment...

Sunday, June 22

    7:00 A.M.-Noon - Animal Check-out  (All animals must be officially checked out and removed from facility.)

    8:30 A.M. - Board Meeting
